About Us and Services

Ejercita-T, Inc., is a Puerto Rican company founded in 2006 by Juan C Dieppa (Carli), which offers personal training services (at home or at the Equilibrium Fitness Club facilities), as well as videos of personalized exercise routines. Our personnel is duly certified and experienced in the physical fitness field. Personal training consists of assisting in the performance of various modalities of alternating functional exercises with weights, medicine balls, flexibars, Xco-trainer and elastic bands, among others. The exercises are designed in routines adapted to all ages, conditions and performance levels. The service includes physical evaluations to monitor performance and establish attainable goals and objectives.
